I personally suggest to work on the Trapcode+OF one in order the avoid create your place holders twice.

This project is full HD 1920×1080. It is very elegant and dynamic. The help file is very easy to understand and it explains every step of editing. You DON ’T need to have the optical flares plug in, the flares are pre-rendered, but if you do have the plug in you can easily customize the flares.
